The priciest commercial sale recorded in New York was in the Bronx. The Neighborhood Renewal Housing Development Fund Corp. traded five apartment buildings along University and Walton Avenues for $32.3 million.
Eric Feuerstein, a real estate attorney, and Rebecca Raphael, a nonfiction book ghostwriter, sold a co-op at 925 Park Avenue on the Upper West Side to Michael and Ramsey Lyons, who paid $11 million for the unit.
Skyvista Properties LLC paid $6.5 million for a condo at The Aldyn at 60 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square, which last sold for $7.5 million in 2017.
