NYC Housing Calendar, May 26-June 1
NYCHA will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m. The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will hold public hearings on proposals for Dewitt Clinton Park North at 801 Eleventh Avenue and 629 West 54th Street, and for Monitor Point at 1,150 apartments planned along the waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, on Wednesday, May 27 at 11 a.m. Empire State Development will hold a public hearing on renewing the ground lease for The Chrystie at 229 Chrystie St. for another 15 years on Wednesday, May 27 at 6 p.m. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development will host an online workshop on applying for affordable housing lotteries on Thursday, May 28 at 6 p.m. The City Planning Commission will hold a public review session on Monday, June 1 at 1 p.m.
