NYC Alliance has signed an 11-year lease for approximately 50,000 square feet at 1441 Broadway, known as 10 Times Square, in Midtown Manhattan. This move will more than double its current space of 25,000 square feet at 1411 Broadway, allowing for expanded showrooms, design, and operations. The company plans to relocate in 2027. The building's owner, L.H. Charney Associates, has marketed it as a renovated property suitable for showrooms, with current asking rents in the mid to high 50s per square foot.
