The mixed-use development will include both commercial and community spaces, responding to local calls for new housing options. Designed with community input, it includes amenities such as a community room, fitness center, and rooftop urban farm, enhancing both residential life and neighborhood connections. A second city-owned site remains under consideration for future development.
