The driver of an allegedly stolen car sped across the Manhattan Bridge and lost control, striking and killing two people before careening into an NYPD van on Saturday morning.
Both victims died at the scene while the driver, who had turned 23 Friday, and her female passenger, 22, tried to flee on foot and were taken into custody nearby.
The vehicle was 'full of booze and drugs', including pills, marijuana and a bottle of alcohol, police sources said.
Kwok, 72, raged, 'This is not a car accident... They committed a crime, and they tried to get away from the police because they're reckless.'
