Early voting starts Saturday; check your polling site
Briefly

Early voting in New York City will commence on Saturday, June 14, and continues daily until June 22. Voters are advised that polling hours will vary and early voting locations may differ from those on Election Day, which is scheduled for June 24, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. For local elections, NYC employs ranked choice voting, allowing voters to rank candidates in order of preference. A candidate must secure more than 50% of first-choice votes to win; otherwise, ballots are counted in rounds until only two candidates remain, determining the winner based on the most votes.
