RFK Jr. declares autism in America as an 'epidemic' that 'dwarfs' deadly COVID-19 outbreak
Briefly

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has labeled autism an epidemic that surpasses the COVID-19 outbreak in terms of impact. He stated that one in every 31 Americans is diagnosed with autism and projected that the economic cost could reach $1 trillion annually by 2035. Kennedy emphasized the importance of understanding environmental factors contributing to autism and accused the NIH and CDC of obstructing relevant studies. He believes that many children diagnosed with the disorder face challenges that prevent them from leading independent lives and reaching their full potential at an early age.
This is an epidemic. It dwarfs the COVID epidemic... Autism affects children and affects them at the beginning of their lives, the beginning of their productivity.
We're taking kids that should be healthy, that should be contributing to society... that should be ... reaching their potential ... and we're injuring them very early in life. It's an epidemic.
One in every 31 Americans is now diagnosed, and the economic cost of autism will skyrocket to $1 trillion a year by 2035.
The problem is that NIH and CDC have blocked all the studies that would determine the environmental exposure. So we don't know.
