Infinite Coles loves himself
"I don't even think words can describe it, but it was beautiful. I've been working on myself and my music for a really long time, so to finally just be heard and seen, it feels surreal."
"They were like, 'What's this one Infinite, we never heard this?' I said, 'Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to send that.' And they were like, 'No, this is the one.' I'm like, 'What are you talking about? Everybody's gonna think it's a diss record, I'm not putting this out.'"
Infinite Coles, son of Ghostface Killah and nephew of RZA, has emerged as an artist after overcoming years of self-doubt about pursuing music professionally. His debut album Sweetface Killah, released in December on Don't Sleep Records, blends house, dance, R&B, and hip-hop influences. The project resulted from a period of introspection examining self-love and self-acceptance. His breakthrough came with the viral track "Sweetface Killah," which he accidentally sent to his label. Despite initial hesitation about potential misinterpretation, the song gained traction through his charisma and lyricism. Coles now balances multiple commitments including teaching dance, walking in fashion shows, and performing at major venues like Brooklyn's Elsewhere.
