The lineup includes classics such as 'Pretty in Pink', 'The Godfather', and 'Interstellar', attracting large audiences eager to enjoy cinema in a communal atmosphere. To secure a good viewing spot, attendees are advised to arrive early, as the screenings draw significant crowds.
"Each summer, we see strangers become neighbors on the lawn. Movie Nights remind us how powerful simple moments, like watching a great film outdoors, can be in bringing people together."
"The free series will run weekly on Monday nights through August 11, with everything from Francis Ford Coppola's Oscar-winning masterpiece Pretty in Pink to Christopher Nolan's sci-fi weeper Interstellar all ready to be enjoyed under the stars in midtown Manhattan."
