10th Anniversary of Prince's Passing Marked with Five-Day Music Festival in Minneapolis
Prince Celebration 2026 announces a five-day “Celebration of Life” running June 3 through June 7 at Paisley Park and around downtown Minneapolis, marking the 10th anniversary of Prince’s passing. The lineup is led by a reunion of Prince’s bands The Revolution and The New Power Generation, featuring multiple original members and collaborators. Confirmed performers include Chaka Khan, Morris Day, Miguel, Tevin Campbell, Bilal, Kat Graham, and Sounds of Blackness. Bootsy Collins, Jimmy Jam, and Terry Lewis appear as special guests at discussion panels. Specific dates include a June 5 reunion show at The Armory, a June 3 Chaka Khan performance with DJ Lenka Paris at First Avenue, and a June 4 Club 3121 party and jam session with Liv Warfield and other guests. The festival also includes presentations of unreleased Prince music and rare archival material.
