Lotte New York Palace in Midtown Manhattan has reintroduced the Guinness Float to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, available through March 22. This festive beverage combines Guinness Stout with three scoops of homemade Bailey's Irish Cream ice cream and includes a Jameson Irish Whiskey sidecar. The drink is served in the Gold Room, an elegant bar featuring Gilded Age décor. To accommodate fan demand, the hotel has shared the recipe for home preparation. The homemade version requires placing three scoops of Bailey's ice cream in a pilsner glass, filling it with Guinness Beer, and serving with a 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey shot glass as either an accompaniment or float ingredient.
