Brooklyn shops such as F&F Pizzeria and Brooklyn DOP emphasize crisp, charred crusts, minimalist toppings and dough reverence that echo Neapolitan tradition. Upstate and Long Island pizzerias including The Pizzeria in Islip, Tino's in Oneonta and Pizza Wizard in Rochester also received strong recognition.
