'Good Day New York' anchor Rosanna Scotto's son marries in celebrity-studded, 'fairytale' NYC wedding
"Friday night was filled with love, glamour and plenty of New York media royalty. This wasn't just a wedding, it was a full-on Fox 5 family affair, with Fox 5 News stars in attendance including Dan Bowens, Bianca Peters, Natasha Verma, Steve Lacy and fan-favorite meteorologist Mike Woods."
"With lush floral installations, glowing candlelight and elegant décor, the ballroom felt straight out of a fairytale as friends, family and the tight-knit Fox 5 News crew gathered to toast the happy couple. Event maestro Larry Scott of Lawrence Scott Events transformed the iconic space into a magical wonderland."
"The bride stunned in a strapless, basque waist wedding gown by Kleinfeld Bridal's star designer, Pnina Tornai. She also accessorized with a lace veil and a diamond necklace. Ruggiero Jr. wore a cream jacket and a black bow-tie while his mom, 67, was glowing in a shimmery blue, off-the-shoulder gown, also by Tornai."
Louis Ruggiero Jr. and Mia Nowotarski exchanged vows at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City on Friday, with Timothy Cardinal Dolan officiating the ceremony. The wedding featured numerous Fox 5 News personalities, including Dan Bowens, Bianca Peters, Natasha Verma, Steve Lacy, and Mike Woods. The bride wore a strapless Pnina Tornai gown from Kleinfeld Bridal, while Ruggiero Jr. wore a cream jacket and black bow tie. Scotto wore a shimmery blue off-the-shoulder gown, also by Tornai. The reception took place at Prince George Ballroom in downtown Manhattan, transformed into an elegant venue with floral installations and candlelight. Event planner Larry Scott created the décor. The couple's first dance was to 'Spin You Around' by Morgan Wallen.
