A HITS Daily Double report suggested she might attend or perform, but Grammys executive producer Ben Winston said HITS fabricated the claim and criticized the outlet for creating the rumor. Only music released between Aug. 31, 2024 and Aug. 30, 2025 was eligible for 2026 consideration; Swift’s Oct. 3, 2025 album The Life of a Showgirl will be eligible at the 2027 Grammys.
