The D'Angelo segment included Lucky Daye on "Brown Sugar," "Lady" with Raphael Saadiq and Anthony Hamilton, Leon Thomas on "Devils Pie," Bilal on "Another Life" and "Untitled (How Does It Feel)," and Jon Batiste on "Africa." The Roberta Flack segment featured Jon Batiste, Leon Bridges, Alexia Jayy, Lalah Hathaway, October London, John Legend, Chaka Khan, and Wyclef Jean performing both Roberta's and the Fugees' versions of "Killing Me Softly With His Song."
