Tom Morello collaborated with Beartooth on a three-minute song titled 'Everything Burns.' The track was produced by Tyler Smyth and blends tech-y metalcore with rap rock, featuring Morello's guitar guiding uptempo sections, massive drops, and quieter verses. Beartooth frontman Caleb Shomo provides upfront vocals, rapping in verses and delivering a heavier metal/hard rock style in heavier sections. The song appears in Final Fantasy XIV's 'Into the Mist' Patch 7.4 update and plays during a pivotal game segment. The song also serves as a single from Morello's forthcoming solo album.
