"The tour was announced via "A Funeral for Zero," which happened at LA's Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Sunday night. It featured a memorial for Billy's persona Zero, and then a live set by The Smashing Pumpkins including the first performance of "Here Is No Why" since 1997. The show was live-streamed and at the end of that, the tour announcement was made."
