Swift's lawyers, however, say that the singer has not yet agreed to be deposed, but that if she is deposed, she would make it happen the week of October 20."
""My client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes," wrote Baldridge in a court filing obtained by Billboard."
Baldoni's legal team has officially requested that Taylor Swift be deposed ahead of a March 2026 trial about any discussions she had with Blake Lively concerning conditions on the set of It Ends With Us. Swift's lawyers say she has not agreed to a deposition but would make time the week of October 20 if compelled. A court filing from Baldridge noted Swift's schedule could accommodate a deposition after learning of the request three days earlier. Lively's team initially tried to exclude Swift, but Baldoni's lawyers obtained court permission to access communications between the two. Baldoni's team has also asked for an extension to schedule Swift's deposition because of her preexisting professional obligations around an early October album release.
