Sideshow will release Tigray Funk on February 27 via 10k, a 32-song album featuring Niontay, El Cousteau, Kelow Latesha, and Sexworks. Production credits include harrison (Surf Gang), Laron, Tony Seltzer, Anysia Kym, and Popstar Benny. The album presents unflinching observations that blend fragmented memories of terror, heartbreak, and the drive to pursue the American dream into a clear-eyed portrait of life from Sideshow's perspective. The record addresses atrocities from the Tigray War and the conditions of being Black in America, and is framed by a parable about animals becoming predators and prey. The lead single "Lifes As Violent As You Make It" runs under two minutes and has a Juan Nieto-directed video. Sideshow is currently touring Europe with Earl Sweatshirt.
