Sabrina Carpenter condemned the White House after an official X video used her song 'Juno' to soundtrack Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests. The footage, which appears to show arrests in Chicago, layered a viral lyric from 'Juno' referencing sexual positions over clips of ICE agents chasing, tackling and handcuffing people. The White House has repeatedly paired popular songs, often meme-linked, with raid footage that has sparked nationwide protests. Taylor Swift's music was used in a similar White House montage without a public response. Kenny Loggins also objected to unauthorized use of 'Danger Zone' and requested removal of his recording. Artists have asked the administration to stop using their music for promotional purposes.
