Phil Collins, Iron Maiden, Billy Idol, Queen Latifah, Oasis, Sade, and Joy Division/New Order are set for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. First-time nominees include Wu-Tang Clan and Luther Vandross. Eligible artists must have released their first commercial recording at least 25 years prior. The induction ceremony will take place on November 14 at the Peacock theater in Los Angeles. Notable nominees who did not make the cut this year include Mariah Carey and Lauryn Hill.
