Peaches Announces New Album, 2026 Tour Dates
""When the world is friction, lube isn't a luxury. It's a necessity," Peaches said about No Lube So Rude in a press statement. "It's how you turn that friction into pleasure, into power, into pride. I want people to understand that they can still have a voice no matter who they are or what the world says about them. Now more than ever, there are so many forces that just want you to give up and be quiet. If this album can help you resist that, then that's what it's for.""
"The artist has also mapped out a 27-date North American headlining tour for 2026. Launching February 20th in Miami, Florida, the "No Lube So Rude Tour" will hit cities including Atlanta, GA, Washington, DC, Montreal, QC, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, and Los Angeles, CA, before winding up in New Orleans, LA, on March 29th. See the complete itinerary below. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 17th, at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster, with a Live Nation pre-sale for select dates beginning on October 16th."
"Peaches has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket sold goes to support the Trans Justice Funding Project and their work funding trans-led grassroots organizations in the US and US Territories who exist to serve and improve the lives of their local and national trans, gender non-conforming and non-binary communities."
No Lube So Rude will be Peaches' first new album in more than ten years, scheduled for release in 2026. The lead single is "Not In Your Mouth None Of Your Business." A 27-date North American headlining tour runs from February 20 to March 29, 2026, launching in Miami and concluding in New Orleans, with stops in Atlanta, Washington, Montreal, Detroit, Denver and Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale October 17 via Ticketmaster, with a Live Nation presale for select dates beginning October 16. Peaches partnered with PLUS1 so $1 from every ticket helps fund the Trans Justice Funding Project and trans-led grassroots groups. The album follows 2015's Rub and arrives after a 20th-anniversary celebration of The Teaches of Peaches.
