Dead to Rights will be released April 10 via Rat Pak Records and features ten tracks including the lead single "F.A.F.O." released in November. Kurdt Vanderhoof produced the album and the lineup includes ex-Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, longtime guitarist Rick Van Zandt, drummer Ken Mary, and new vocalist Brian Allen. Kurdt Vanderhoof described the album as a resurrection of the band and praised the songs and the new lineup chemistry. Pre-orders are available through Rat Pak Records in various bundles, and the full tracklist and artwork have been published.
