"Local H 's "Bound for the Floor" is one of great alt-rock songs of the '90s and undoubtedly the long-running band's most popular song. It's natural for concertgoers to get pretty amped when they hear those opening guitar chords kick in. As for one fan at a recent Local H gig in Kenosha, Wisconsin... they might have gotten a little too amped."
"Indeed, a humorous slow-motion replay shows the man completely whiffing, and the shaming glare on singer Scott Lucas' face says it all, with singer Scott Lucas calling the stage diver a "dipshit." To be fair, the crowd does a poor job of catching him, but they also don't look like a crowd you want to dive on top of. Not so copacetic."
A fan at a Local H concert in Kenosha, Wisconsin attempted a stage dive during the band's performance of "Bound for the Floor" but fell to the floor. A YouTube clip and a slow-motion replay show the man missing his landing and the crowd failing to catch him. Singer Scott Lucas reacted with a shaming glare and called the stage diver a "dipshit." Local H posted on X/Twitter: "Stage dive at your own risk. There is NO lifeguard on duty." The band is scheduled to support Filter's 2026 US tour beginning March 5 in Wenatchee, Washington.
