Lip Critic share "Jackpot," announce NYC residency in a laundromat, boxing ring & more
"a song about risking it all, and winning it all, betting the house, and ending up with two houses, then waking up with nothing at all."
"trying new songs from the album, selling cursed objects and printing 1 of 1 T-shirts."
Lip Critic announces their new album Theft World arriving in May, preceded by the second single 'Jackpot,' a chaotic maximalist track exploring themes of risk, fortune, and loss. The song's music video was directed by Colter C. Fellows. The band embarks on a spring tour starting late May, with a special three-show NYC residency called the 'Theft Saga' taking place at unconventional venues: a laundromat, a basement, and a boxing ring. During these shows, the band will perform new album material, sell cursed objects, and print limited one-of-one t-shirts. The tour spans multiple cities across North America throughout May and June 2026.
