Sam Rivers, aged 48, has died and the cause of death was not revealed. Rivers served as bassist and backing vocalist and was a founding member of Limp Bizkit. Limp Bizkit formed in Jacksonville in 1994 and rose to mainstream fame in the late 1990s with Significant Other (1999) and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water (2000), which topped US charts.
