Recording took place in the band's studio Stulogulo by plugging straight into an 8-track machine. The maxi-single uses dub effects, the sounds of dirty mixing pots, and Echoplexes. Lifeguard is a Chicago-based rock and post-punk trio of Kai Slater, Asher Case, and Isaac Lowenstein. Pre-orders through Matador run until January 13.
