Kiwi Jr announce new album 'Blowin' Up' & tour, share title track
Kiwi Jr. announced their third album, Blowin' Up, released August 14 as their first for K Records. The album was made in Detroit with producer Graham Walsh of Holy Fuck. Contributions come from Joe Casey and Greg Ahee of Protomartyr, Margaux Bouchaudon of En Attendant Ana, and Kerri MacLellan of Alvvays. Frontman Jeremy Gaudet described the album’s intensity as everything being dialed up while the band is “about to blow up.” The album includes the 2025 single “Hard Drive, Ontario” and a newly shared hooky title track with a video directed by Ben Rayner. The band will tour in 2026 with dates in Canada and Europe, with no US dates listed.
