"LPs 1 and 2 feature the original album newly remastered by Bernie Grundman from the original 1975 stereo analog master tapes. LPs 3 through 6 showcase two full-length concerts from the 1975 "Dressed To Kill" tour - RKO Orpheum Theatre in Davenport, Iowa on July 20, Second Show and Wildwood Convention Hall in Wildwood, New Jersey on July 23 - newly mixed by legendary producer and engineer Eddie Kramer from the original multi-track analog tapes as KISS performed in 1975, with no overdubs."

KISS issued a 50th-anniversary Alive! box set available on vinyl and CD across multiple editions. The super-deluxe 8-LP vinyl contains 120 tracks, 88 previously unreleased, priced at $400.48. LPs 1 and 2 present the original album remastered by Bernie Grundman. LPs 3–6 feature two full 1975 Dressed To Kill tour concerts newly mixed by Eddie Kramer with no overdubs. LPs 7–8 include rehearsal tracks and additional June 21, 1975 Cleveland songs mixed from original multitracks. A Blu-ray Audio disc offers Dolby Atmos, 5.1, and high-resolution stereo mixes with a new visualizer and unreleased live photos. The package includes a 100-page book and collectibles; other smaller editions and pricing are available, with shipping beginning November 21 and early pre-orders for KISS Army members.
