Khruangbin, a Houston psych-funk trio, marked the 10th anniversary of their 2015 studio debut, The Universe Smiles Upon You, on November 6, 2025. The band issued a re-recorded and reworked edition titled The Universe Smiles Upon You II. A new music video for White Gloves II accompanies the reimagined album. Khruangbin's most recent studio album before this reissue, A La Sala, was released in 2024. Earlier in the year, the band reunited with former tourmate Arooj Aftab to remix Night Reign's Raat Ki Rani.
