Johnny Marr reported that UPS lost several of his guitars just days before a planned East Coast tour. He indicated the missing instruments include at least one prized Fender and one Gibson based on his hashtags. Marr demanded an explanation after being told the instruments were lost and criticized UPS for asking him to describe the guitars. He recalled that the guitars had been placed in a UPS delivery van days earlier and supplied identifying case labels: one reading "80's Icon" and another reading "Woke As Fuck". UPS is investigating the disappearance. Authorities previously located Nancy Wilson’s custom Telecaster after it was stolen from a concert venue.
