"I signed with @subpop!!! The greatest label on earth! I can't explain to y'all how excited I am to be working with them! Currently cooking on my next full length album, and I have a lot of exciting things coming. Until then I'm just going to stay stoked about this for the rest of my life! More soon!"
Hayden Pedigo signed to Sub Pop and shared a presumably satirical contract celebrating the agreement. The contract offers payment of "777 Gorgeous Dollars," a lifetime supply of free passes to Ol' Bernard's Roller Rink & Organ Honkers, and a one-foot plot of Village Lake formerly known as Alcohol and Drug Abuse Lake in Richland County, South Carolina. The contract also stipulates that Sub Pop will never request Pedigo to perform covers of Def Leppard, Dokken, the Doors, Van Halen, or Tank Top Party Lads. Pedigo announced the signing on Instagram and expressed excitement. Sub Pop announced a four-month NTS residency titled Amarillo Highway With Hayden Pedigo beginning February 25th. Pedigo said he is working on his next full-length album.
