The San Francisco Symphony's Opening Night Gala on Sept. 12 features pianist Yuja Wang with Jaap van Zweden in Tchaikovsky's First Piano Concerto, plus John Adams and Respighi; additional programs include Lyle Lovett (Sept. 13) and Donald Runnicles leading Berg songs (Sept. 26–28) at Davies Symphony Hall.
