"Failure have announced a new album titled Location Lost. In advance of its April 24th release, the Los Angeles alt-rock veterans have unveiled the single "The Air's on Fire" and have announced dates for a Spring 2026 North American tour. The "Location Lost" tour kicks off with a hometown album-release show at Zebulon in L.A., and runs through a May 20th gig in Toronto. Along the way, the outing will hit such cities as Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta, New York City, Philadelphia, and Detroit, among others, as well as previously announced festival appearances at Sick New World and Welcome to Rockville."
"The haunting single "The Air's on Fire" was written in the aftermath of singer Ken Andrews' back surgery following the completion of their recent documentary Every Time You Lose Your Mind. "That song is directly about my surgery and waking up," he explained in a press release. "I basically coded. Everything was spinning. I kept saying, 'Turn the air on. I'm fine - just take me home.' I was definitely not fine.""
