"Portland, Oregon-based rockers Everclear debuted in 1993 with their independently released World of Noise. Three decades later, they would celebrate that record's anniversary with a tour mixing nostalgia and newer material. But Everclear's breakthrough to the big time (with three Platinum-or-better albums in a row) came with 1995's major-label debut Sparkle and Fade. That record included "Santa Monica," one of four charting singles from the record."
