David Draiman married his fiancée Sarah Uli on Sunday, November 16, and both shared wedding photos on Instagram. Uli updated her Instagram handle to Sarah Draiman. The couple became engaged in May when Draiman proposed onstage during a Disturbed concert in Sacramento, professing his love and kneeling with a ring as she accepted. The wedding follows Draiman’s announcement that Disturbed will take a long break, which he later clarified was due to the band being tired and unrelated to any controversy about his pro-Israel stance. Photos of the wedding were posted by both.
