The Director of Artistic Operations partners with the Artistic Directors and Executive Director to plan and execute high-level artistic initiatives and oversee operational implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating rehearsals, concerts, touring logistics, personnel and contractor management, budget tracking, contracts, and production needs. The role requires regular travel to rehearsals and performances, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with orchestral and chamber music practices.
