The album includes the song "In My Head", written by husband Jordan "Jutes" Lutes, and Lovato expressed pride in that collaboration. Lovato and Lutes married in May after meeting in 2022 and becoming engaged in 2023. Lovato described the relationship as grounding and praised Lutes as supportive, loving, and caring. The video for "Here All Night" features choreography and showcases Lovato's vocal range over a pulsating electronic beat.
