Cerulean is Danny L Harle's debut studio album, scheduled for release on February 13 via XL. The album follows Harle's 2021 output and features collaborations with Caroline Polachek, PinkPantheress, Clairo, Oklou, and MNEK. Influences for the record include Andrei Tarkovsky's Stalker, Philip Glass' Einstein on the Beach, and the Dark Souls video game series. "Crystallise My Tears" with Oklou and MNEK is the third preview single, following "Starlight" and "Azimuth". Harle praised Oklou's vocal tone and highlighted MNEK's contribution as a soaring, emotional presence on the album's most house-adjacent track.
