In Dreams: David Lynch Revisited will stage live reinterpretations of David Lynch's film soundtracks at the Royal Festival Hall on 21 September. The performance follows Lynch's death in January 2025 and marks the first event of its kind in more than a decade. Musician David Coulter curates and directs an ensemble that will rework scores from Eraserhead, Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet, Mulholland Drive and The Elephant Man. The haunting and surreal soundtracks of David Lynch's films will return to the stage in London this autumn, as the Southbank Centre announces a major live tribute to the late cult filmmaker. In Dreams: David Lynch Revisited will take place on September 21st at the Royal Festival Hall, marking the first event of its kind in more than a decade. Curated and directed by musician David Coulter, the concert will bring together an ensemble of artists to reinterpret some of Lynch's most memorable scores.
Audiences can expect new takes on the synths of Twin Peaks, the darkly romantic tones of Blue Velvet, and music from across his body of work, including Eraserhead, Mulholland Drive and The Elephant Man.
