Black Label Society Unleash New Song "Broken and Blind"
""The song is about peanut butter and chocolate and what happens when you don't have any of it,""
""My soul is broken and I'm blind with rage if I don't have any peanut butter and chocolate, so there you go, it's a new song called 'Broken and Blind.' Thank you, have a great day.""
Black Label Society released 'Broken and Blind,' a three-plus-minute stoner-rock groover previewing a forthcoming album due in early 2026. Zakk Wylde supplies fiery guitar licks and a strong vocal performance, including extended chorus notes that recall early Soundgarden's heavy stoner-rock touches. Bassist John DeServio, drummer Jeff Fabb, and rhythm guitarist Dario Lorina provide an airtight pocket for Wylde's playing. Wylde offered a jokey analogy, saying the song is about peanut butter and chocolate and losing them, linking the line to darker lyrical themes. The track follows singles 'Lord Humungus' and 'The Gallows' and will appear on the follow-up to Doom Crew Inc. (2021). Wylde is preparing a Zakk Sabbath tour from October 30 to December 16, 2025.
