Two distinct 25th‑anniversary vinyl editions of Mer De Noms will be released: a zoetrope 2‑LP picture disc on September 25 featuring four animations, original photo session images, clips from the "Judith" video, and a rotating logo display; and a one‑step DSS 2‑LP black vinyl on October 10, limited to 3,000 hand‑numbered copies. The one‑step edition was pressed at RTI and mastered by Levi Seitz from hi‑res 96kHz/24bit audio sourced from analog flat masters. The reissue team located multiple analog tapes with differing mixes, produced test pressings with strong low end but lacking mids and vocals, and continued archival searches to find a superior source.
