vivo will introduce Android 16-based OriginOS 6 on October 10 in China and will debut it globally, including India, on October 15. OriginOS has been exclusive to China while devices outside China run Funtouch OS. The vivo X300 series and iQOO 15 will ship with OriginOS 6. vivo and iQOO India announced an OriginOS 6 Preview Program with registration opening September 29 and limited slots. vivo India's post implies the preview will initially be limited to X Series phones, and iQOO India confirmed the iQOO 13 as its first beta device.
