Transport van crashes into tree in Brooklyn, injuring 14

On July 1, a minivan from A D & J Ambulette Services crashed into a tree on Cropsey Avenue at around 10:00 a.m. All 14 occupants, comprising 12 adults with special needs, a chaperone, and the driver, were injured. The driver swerved to avoid another vehicle on the way to an adult daycare, resulting in the crash. Fortunately, injuries were minor, with the most severe being a leg injury and a cut on the head. The driver declined medical attention following the incident.
