The Motorola Razr Fold is shaping up to be pure flagship
"The Razr Fold will come with a huge 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, making it the first foldable sold in North America to use the technology. It's not quite the biggest battery on any foldable, but only because Honor went and announced the Magic V6 with a 6,600mAh battery just yesterday."
"Motorola is really emphasizing camera performance - the 50-megapixel 3x optical zoom includes optical image stabilization, and the 50-megapixel ultrawide covers a 122-degree field of view and doubles as a macro camera."
"The Razr Fold will cost €1,999 (about $2,350) bundled with the Moto Pen Ultra. It'll go on sale first in Europe, with North America to follow 'in the coming months.'"
Motorola announced the Razr Fold, a premium foldable phone launching first in Europe at €1,999 with the Moto Pen Ultra, followed by North America availability. The device features a 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, making it the first North American foldable with this technology. It includes a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, IP48 and IP49 dust and water protection ratings, and dual 50-megapixel cameras with optical image stabilization and macro capabilities. The phone supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, plus seven years of OS upgrades and security updates. The premium positioning and international-market features may encourage Samsung and Google to enhance their foldable offerings.
