Samsung Galaxy Buds4 and Buds4 Pro unveiled with new blades, better audio
"Samsung polled its users and found that 58% of them use buds on a daily basis - and that sound quality is a top priority. That said, most people tend to use only one pair of headphones for everything, so the buds also had to be comfortable and easy to carry."
"The Galaxy Buds4 Pro feature an improved 2-way speaker system with wider woofer and tweeter. The new speakers are nearly 20% bigger than on the Buds3 Pro. For music, the buds can play up to 24-bit 96kHz Hi-Fi sound."
"Both models have Enhanced Adaptive ANC that selectively mutes or boosts sounds (e.g. engine noise is reduced, but siren sounds are dialed up). Similarly, the buds feature Super Clear Call, which delivers 16kHz audio and keeps it clear with strong noise reduction."
Samsung released the Galaxy Buds4 and Buds4 Pro alongside the S26 flagship series, informed by user research showing 58% use buds daily with sound quality as a top priority. The redesigned case allows buds to lie flat for easier retrieval and storage. The stems changed from triangular blades to flat brushed metal with engraved touch-sensitive areas supporting pinch and swipe gestures. The Buds4 Pro feature an improved 2-way speaker system with nearly 20% larger speakers than the Buds3 Pro, delivering 24-bit 96kHz Hi-Fi sound. The vanilla Buds4 use an open design for extended comfort. Both models include Enhanced Adaptive ANC that selectively adjusts sounds and Super Clear Call with 16kHz audio. Color options include Black and White for Buds4, with Pink Gold exclusive online for Buds4 Pro.
