CPU performance improves up to 39% over the Exynos 2500 and delivers better power efficiency. The integrated NPU boosts AI performance by 113% and security includes virtualization security and hardware-backed hybrid post-quantum cryptography. Xclipse 960 GPU improves ray-tracing and compute. ISP adds AI-based Visual Perception System and 320MP sensor support. It uses HPB technology for improved heat dissipation and sustained performance.
