Realme may have moved the GT 8 Pro's global unveiling because of OnePlus
"According to a new rumor, Realme was planning to hold the global launch event for the GT 8 Pro between November 18 and November 20. However, recent rumors claimed the OnePlus 15's global launch would take place on November 13. And so, it's now alleged that Realme has moved its own launch event to between November 10 and November 12, most likely on November 11."
"The Realme GT 8 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and apparently the company really, really wants it to be the first in India with Qualcomm's newest flagship SoC. The phone has been rumored to sport up to 16GB of RAM, a 50 MP main camera using Sony's Lytia LYT-700 1/1.5" type sensor, a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera using Samsung's 1/1.56" type ISOCELL HP5 sensor, a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED screen with QHD+ resolution, and an 8,000 mAh battery."
Realme plans to unveil the GT 8 Pro in China alongside the GT 8 and adjusted the international launch schedule due to OnePlus. Initial global launch dates targeted November 18–20 but rumors about the OnePlus 15's November 13 launch prompted an alleged reschedule to November 10–12, likely November 11. Realme views the OnePlus 15 as the GT 8 Pro's primary competitor. The GT 8 Pro will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and aims to be first in India with Qualcomm's new flagship. Rumored specs include up to 16GB RAM, a 50MP Sony LYT-700 main sensor, a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 periscope, a 6.78-inch LTPO QHD+ OLED, and an 8,000 mAh battery.
