The Poco M8 5G is a budget-oriented smartphone that preserves many features of a higher-priced sibling while cutting cost through camera simplifications and fewer lenses. The device uses a plastic body with IP66/IP65 water resistance and drop resistance up to 1.7 meters. The 6.77" AMOLED display supports 120Hz refresh, HDR, and very high peak brightness. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and Adreno 710 power multiple RAM and storage options with microSD expansion. Software is Android 15 with HyperOS 2 and up to four major Android upgrades. A 50MP main rear camera, 20MP front camera, 5520mAh battery with 45W charging, 5G, NFC, stereo speakers, and an infrared port complete the package.
