OnePlus 15 launched with a 165Hz display. A first rumor claimed OnePlus 16 would use a higher refresh rate panel with a minimum of 185Hz and a target maximum of 240Hz. A later rumor instead claims OnePlus 16 will return to a 165Hz refresh rate. The phone is also rumored to include an AI button and a 200MP telephoto camera offering 3x zoom. Earlier rumors suggested a 200MP primary camera, but a newer rumor claims a 50MP primary camera. Additional rumored specifications include an unreleased Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC and a 9,000 mAh battery.
